It is a first class villa with pool, located on the outskirts of Varna, about 5 km north-east from Varna city center, towards one of the main Black Sea beach resorts, "Golden Sands".
The villa sits on the hill over the bay of Varna and affords a perfect view of the bay, Varna lake and the port.

Maximum capacity: 6  persons
(additional 2 persons can be accommodated in a separate bedroom)

  Payment conditions:  
 
•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services as per proforma invoice.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 400 Euro - payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps.
  
     
  Remarks:  
 
•Additional bedroom and a shower room on the fourth floor can be rented at the price of 46,- EUR per day
•Villa owners live on the fourth floor of the building.
•Pets are not allowed.
