This beautiful hill side villa is close to the city of Varna, on the left side of the main street to Golden sands resort

•ground floor – large dining and party mekhana room with tables, chairs and banches, very good equipped kitchen area, shower room and toilet

•two separate apartments –  one on the second floor and another one on the top floor

-first apartment – 3 bedrooms on two levels. Two living rooms with a sofa bed, two kitchens. two shower rooms.

-second apartment - on the top floor, separate entrance and a beautiful Black sea and Varna bay view – 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, shower room. Large balcony.

•large and safe pool 8 x 4 x 1.20 to 1.60m deep
•round pool for the little ones (depth 0.40m.)

•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer 2 days after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 100 Euro - payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps.

•Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for disabled people.
