Location:
The villa is in the area of Byalata Cheshma (White well), about 2,5 km away from the beach. The distance to the Varna central square is 12 km.

Maximum capacity: 6+4 persons

Description, facilities and services:
•three air conditioned bedrooms , two shower rooms with WC
•one of the bedrooms (2 beds) is on the first floor with separate entrance, shower room, TV, fridge
•open-plan living room, dining table for 10 and kitchen area, fire place, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee-machine, kitchen utensils
•in a separate unit - summer shower room with nature heated water, WC and washing machine
•summer veranda with big table, kitchen area with an oven, BBQ,  cafe-table
•cable TV in all bedrooms and in the living room
•court yard to play and walk, fruit, vegetables and spices in the garden at tenant’s disposal
•large veranda around the villa
•parking in the villa (3 cars)
•security system
•cleaning and changing bed linen and bath towels – once per week

•Arrival and departure transfers as well as guided tours could be arranged by us and it is a matter of additional payment.

  Prices include:  
  •overnight
•cleaning and changing bed linen and towels - once per week

  Payment:  
 
•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services as per proforma invoice.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 100 Euro - payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps.
  
     
  Remarks:  
 
•Smoking in the bedrooms would not be advisable.
•Fruits, vegetables, spices from the garden are at your disposal, free of charge.
•The first level of the villa is suitable for disabled people – no steps between parking and house door.
•Pets - allowed in the court yard of the villa.
