Units 2 and 3  (identical, 25 sq.m each)
•big bedroom with a king bed and a single bed, French style windows

         Remark: This accommodation units can be reached by stairs, about 80 metres from the main road down to the beach.

  Prices include:  
  •overnight
•cleaning and changing bed linen and towels - once per week
•all utility bills		  
     
  Payment conditions:  
 
•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services as per proforma invoice.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 100 Euro - payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps.
  
     
  Remarks:  
  •Please do not smoke inside the units but on the verandah or on the beach.
•Beach towels are not included in the price.
