•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 200 Euro - payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps.

•Unfortunately the villa is not suitable for disabled people.
•Smoking in the villa would not be appreciated.
•No pets
