		Location: We offer 4 almost identically furnished studios, situated just about 3 min. by walk to the southern beach of Varna, very close to the "Primorski" public swimming pool and about 5 min. away by walk to the city centre of Varna. The studios occupy the third floor of a solid and impressive building, located in one of the most famous town`s quarters. Maximum capacity of a studio: 2+1 persons Description, facilities and services: •Studio 1 - a large bedroom, sofa bed, cable TV, fan, kitchen corner with a fridge and cupboards, dining table; shower room with toilet •Studio 2 - a bedroom on the upper floor, sofa bed /extra bed for a third person can be added/, cable TV, 2 fans, kitchen corner with a fridge and cupboards; shower room with a toilet •Studio 3 - a bedroom, sofa bed, cable TV, fan, kitchen corner with a fridge and cupboards, dining table; shower room with toilet •Studio 4 - a bedroom, sofa bed, cable TV, fan, kitchen corner with a fridge and cupboards, dining table; shower room with toilet

Prices include:

•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
