Location: The small complex is situated in the oldest and most beautiful Bulgarian resort "St. St. Constantine and Helena", just 8 km to the north of Varna.

•kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, 2 hot-plates, an oven, washing machine, all necessary kitchen utensils and tableware

•2 bedrooms (two separate beds)
•air-conditioner (1 per villa)

•Wi-Fi Internet access - free of charge
•WC and bathroom with shower

  •overnight
•cleaning and changing bed linen and towels - once per week

  Payment:  
 
•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services as per proforma invoice.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
 
     
  Remarks:  
  •The complex is not suitable for disabled people.
•Smoking in the bedrooms would not be advisable.
•Beach towels are not included in the price.
