The modern and stylish house apartment covers 150 sq.m. and is located in the very center of Varna, 3 minutes walk to the Cathedral, to Varna Municipality building, 1 minute walk to the Museum of Archeology and Art.

•About 100 m to the Varna Historical Museum, famous for its collection of the oldest gold treasure in the world
•Varna’s famous Cherno More hotel and the Festival complex are at about 400m far. 
•About 200 m walk to the Varna Municipality building.
•The Assumption Cathedral is a symbol of Varna - only about 150m far from the flat

  Payment conditions:  
 
•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services as per proforma invoice.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 100 Euro - payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps.
•Parking fee at additional price 5,-EUR per day (guarded parking lot in the inner court of the building)
 
     
  Remarks:  
 
•Not suitable for disabled people.
•Smoking in the bedroom is not desirable.
•Beach towels are not included in the price.
•Arrival and departure transfers and guided trips could be arranged by us and are subject to additional payment.
•The tenants can use the facilities on the terrace in the evenings only (after 19 o’clock)
