Payment conditions: |

•Guarantee equals to a deposit of 30 % of the booked services as per proforma invoice.
•The deposit should be paid by bank transfer at least 24 hours after confirmation.
•The balance should be settled no later than 7 days before arrival date.
•Breakage deposit 100 Euro is payable on spot upon arrival and refundable when leaving if no damages or inventory gaps. |

•Not suitable for disabled people because the unit is on the second floor of a house.
•Smoking in the bedrooms is not desirable.
•Beach towels are not included in the apartment facilities.
