		Apart-hotel "Sozopol dreams" is a close-type holiday complex, with controlled access, 24-hour security and maintenance all the year round. Location: in one of the most romantic and artistic Bulgarian towns – Sozopol, in the immediate vicinity of the new part of the town, just 50 m away from the seashore and the picturesque "Harmanite" beach, about 45 km South from the Burgas airport. The complex disposes of completely-furnished studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms. 	Payment and cancellation policy:
	•An advance paiment of 30% of the value of the confirmed reservation is required by bank trasfer within 24 hours after confirmation. •The rest of the due sum has to be made by bank transfer at least 7 days before the arrival date. •Bookings, made within 7 days before arrival have to be fully paid within 24 hours after confirmation. •The sum of 1 booked overnight appears as a penalty in case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival.
