The apart-hotel "Martinez" is newly built hotel, which impresses with its unique architecture and luxury Mediterranean style.
Location: in the new part of Sozopol, just 50 m to the sea shore and a sandy beach, about 45 km to the South from the Burgas airport.
The complex offers accommodation in completely-furnished studios and apartments with one or two bedrooms, starting from about 30 up to 230 sq.m. in floor space.
The interior and the furnishing are up to the standard of a de luxe hotel.

Payment and cancellation policy: |
|
| |
•An advance paiment of 30% of the value of the confirmed reservation has to be made by bank trasfer within 24 hours after confirmation.
•The rest of the due sum has to be made by bank transfer at least 14 days before the arrival date.
•Bookings, made within 7 days before arrival have to be fully paid within 24 hours after confirmation.
•100% penalty appears in case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival.
